Rentals

  • Only applicable on properties managed on a monthly basis.
  • Levy accounts or council accounts must be up to date or arrangement be in place.
  • Single Phase Electricity Only.
  • Vetting must be done or approved by My Next Property.
  • Rental payment of 6 months covered on non paying tenants.
  • 1st Month payment carries a 50% excess (Deducted off 1st payout).
  • Payment subject to tenant being in occupation of the property.
  • Non-disclosure of Rentals to family or friends are not covered.
  • Property to be in rentable condition.
  • No cover when property is being attached or seized due to debt of the landlord.
  • Primary use of the property must be residential.
  • T's and C's supplied with policy document on acceptance.
  • Only legal process cover with regards to non-payment.
  • Legal process cover from demand letter to eviction process.
  • Cover limited to the value of R120 000.00.
  • The insurer reserves the right to use their own appointed attorneys.

  • Property to be in a rentable condition.

  • We pay for your Electrical Compliance Inspection.
  • Furthermore a contribution of R1 000.00 towards faults found, the remaining bill will be for the sellers account.
  • Applicable only on successful transfer of property by My Next Property.

  • Cost of Gas Certificate Inspection covered.
